If you don’t have any trouble areas and just want a relaxing full-body massage, this session can also be a great option to unwind and reset.

75 Minutes

This duration is a balanced blend of focused therapeutic work and broader relaxation techniques. It’s great if you want relief in specific areas while still addressing other major parts of your body. While we may skip the furthest extremities (like hands and feet), it provides a thorough and satisfying experience.

If you don’t have areas of concern, the 75-minute session is also a fantastic choice for a full-body relaxation massage that still leaves you plenty of time to unwind.
